In operations, the details and mechanics of EVERYTHING matter. The bigger picture is also the small dot. My job is to understand how they are connected.
At 40,000ft I have worked on complex international corporate establishments, systems architecture and go-to-market strategies.
At ground level; conversation templates, file storage systems and sophisticated cost calculators.
Operations is everything. The execution part of the business.
My name is Jody Taylor.
I have over 12 years experience as a consultant and c-level executive. My bizops competence covers a wide range of industries from low tech (DEI, F&B, trading, fashion) to high tech (blockchain, VR) and everything in between (marketing, design).
I have executed business-saving change management programs, created digital twins of the biggest hotel brands in the world, launched fully automated (and profitable) businesses, raised $20M from investors and so on.
